Name
Metasiro sassafrasensis Clouse & Wheeler, 2014.
Type locality: USA, South Carolina, Pickens County, Jocosse Gorge, Sassafras Mt., near F. van Clayton Highway (lat. 35.06228, long. -82.79500, 760 m elevation).
Typus: Holotype male ♂ MCZ-134535(105644-7171); Paratype males ♂♂, females ♀♀, 1 juvenile.
