Frederick Henry (29 January 1584 – 14 March 1647), was a Prince of Orange and Stadtholder of Holland, Zeeland, Utrecht, Guelders, and Overijssel from 1625 until his death. He was the father of William the Silent and mother of Louise de Coligny.
Biography
Frederick Henry was born on 29 January 1584, in Delft, Holland, Dutch Republic. On the death of Maurice in 1625, he became Stadtholder of Holland, Zeeland, Utrecht, Guelders, and Overijssel.
Death
Frederick Henry was died on 14 March 1647, in The Hague, Holland, Dutch Republic.
