NetApp was a NAS solution we used for awhile in 2012 or so. We briefly tried using it for media storage prior to using Swift.

Service Processor

The NetApps have independent service processors which are connected to the management network. You can log in to them using

$ ssh naroot@netappname.mgmt.sitename.wmnet

Yes, the root account is called naroot, not root.
