Deployment of MediaWiki 1.35.0-wmf.27 to Wikimedia sites

The latest version (labeled "1.35.0-wmf.27") of MediaWiki, the software that powers Wikipedia and its sister sites, is being deployed to all Wikimedia sites in stages, starting on Tuesday, 7 April 2020 (see the roadmap).
